It is important to have a long term vision, but it is also imortant then to focus on what needs to be done here and now - thus, the developent of shorter term goals.

Here are the ones we brainstormed in the last ILF -

1. Strive for 100 % implementation
2. Mini conferences for us and for potential new agencies - Momentum buildin and training
3. Explore the model furhter - add and/or refine elements

II. Other Ideas

1. More buy-in from more people wuith power
2. A New name
3. Act asmentors for new counties
4. Continue to develop the CLA Manual - put it on line
5. Training Goal - Road Trips?
6. Explore linkage with Family to family
7. Get connected to State risk assessment group
8. Use cross county subteams to further develop some elements of the models
