This page will become the home page for all things related to the management of our project - things like Gant Charts, Task lists, expectations, Team Status, Team Communications and updates, ILF Notes, etc. It is my intention that we actively use this part of the site as the sole source for documentation and communications, in lieu of separate notes. I will use email to alert you to things that you should read on the website. 

There may be some issues of confidentiality that arise out of this. We need to consider these and make some decisions about what should be partitioned off. meanwhile, I will work on figuring out the technology to allow us to have a password to some pages. 

Note: To Speed up pages, I am using thumbnail versions of some graphics. This means you will see a small version of the graphic when you download the page. If you want to see the large view, click on the small graphic and it will load. Let me know how you like this feature.

1. Reach Consensus on Shared Philosophy and Values for each Element
2. Develop the Handle
3. Implement Shared Measures - Individually and Collectively. This includes the development of common/shared reports.
4. Prepare a Presentation to "Take CLA on the Road"
